Civil Engineers within various units of Public Services work collaboratively with city government officials and Business and Community Development to promote economic development, while protecting the City of Lexington's interest in both new development and the operation and maintenance of existing city infrastructure. The mission is to provide engineering, technical and contract management assistance to all city departments.
