Employee Wellness Program
The Human Resources staff are key to facilitating and advocating the City's wellness program, known as "Working on Wellness" or the WOW program. The City of Lexington’s Working on Wellness program has been selected for two consecutive years (2017 and 2016) as a Healthiest Employer finalist by the Triad Business Journal.
