Multicultural Festival

The Multicultural Festival is held the first Saturday in May. A main stage area and five villages are set up representing African-American, Asian, Latino, Native American and European heritage. Each village showcases native dress, music, visual arts, exhibits and food indicative of their particular culture. The festival is a day filled with the sights, sounds and tastes of foreign lands. It offers a wonderful and educational outing for families with children.  For volunteer opportunities, please contact Tammy Curry in the Parks and Recreation department.

Fantastic 4th Celebration
Each 4th of July, the Parks and Recreation department hosts the "Fantastic 4th" celebration. The festival honors our country's Independence Day with a patriotic beginning and offers amusements, music and activities for adults and kids of all ages.  Contact us for volunteer needs!
